Took a walk to the water yesterday. I don't know how far I walked but I had to call Tim for a ride home. In the bottom picture, I think I walked to where the closer of the two hills meets the water.

I've been volunteering at the Ballard food bank where I have bagged groceries, moderated the dairy case, and trained to be a route driver.  My training continues tomorrow and next week.  The Ballard residents fill up the food bank barrel at the Ballard Market and in general are a generous group of folks.  Food bank clients are grateful and sometimes a bit of a handful.

Day One - Ballard Coffee Shop Sights

My first day in Ballard, WA and my first look at a modern stroller. On the top of the stroller, between the cup holders, are what look like speakers. The stroller was unaccompanied so I couldn't ask what the youngster prefers to listen to while being pushed around in this flashy three wheeler.
